Nominees Announced for the 2023 Ecosystem Impact Awards

Volta is excited to reveal the nominees for the fifth Ecosystem Impact Awards. These awards celebrate organizations, individuals, and startups that have made significant contributions to fostering growth, innovation, and positive impact in the region's tech and innovation community.

The Ecosystem Impact Awards, hosted by Volta in partnership with RBC and Emera ideaHUB, are a testament to the spirit of collaboration and innovation that defines Atlantic Canada's startup ecosystem. The winners will be announced at the Ecosystem Impact Awards ceremony, scheduled for Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at the Dalhousie Ocean Sciences Building.

These remarkable nominees represent the best and brightest in Atlantic Canada's startup ecosystem, driving positive change and fostering innovation. 

Catalyst Award Nominees: Honouring organizations pivotal in fostering growth and cohesion in the Atlantic Canadian startup ecosystem. This category highlights those who've built relationships, supported startups, and removed barriers. The Catalyst Award Nominees are:

Disruptor Award Nominees: Honouring Atlantic Canadian technology startups that have achieved remarkable success in the past year. Success is measured in various ways, including innovative technology, solving pressing needs, market capture, market disruption, international market penetration, and traction.
